As much as I dislike the term “The Grind” I can’t really think of a better term to describe this week, and honestly, the next few months. If you don’t hear from us for a week or two here or there, you can safely assume we’re heads down on the grind.
Anyway, this week, we’ve made a lot of progress which I’m excited to share with you:
Mentors and Advisors
I mentioned last week that we are on the hunt for a Chief Medical Officer. We are also actively looking for clinical advisors with experience in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, or healthcare informatics. We feel that advisors can be just as valuable if not more so than having a dedicated CMdO. If you’re interested in being an advisor, get in touch.
UX and UI
We’re making plenty of progress on a bunch of UX and UI updates on HealthcareOS. Specifically around modules within spaces. I imagine that I’ll do a more complete design breakdown of HealthcareOS soon. There are some big improvements I’m working through and I’m excited to share them with you soon.
Additionally, we’re looking for user testers and clinicians willing to give feedback on these designs. If you, or someone you know, is willing to have a 30 minute to 1 hour zoom call with us, please have them get in touch.
You might notice that we’re asking for a lot of connections this week. And that’s because we’re at an important junction to demonstrate (a) product-market fit and (b) traction on our ideas. More on why soon.
Until next week,
Project Alloy is a passion project started in 2017 by Robert Floyd, a Savannah-based product designer. Project Alloy aims to redesign the EHR.
