Several weeks ago, while building the prototype, I secured three user testing sessions with different clinicians to test the in-browser prototype. These sessions were the second of two user testing sessions I’ve done with all three clinicians. As always, they are extremely helpful and revealing (and a little bit stressful). Today, I figured I’d share a few insights I’ve learned about the HealthcareOS prototype.
